CIBS Salutes Summer

 

The Cosmetic Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) held its annual summer luncheon at Manhattan’s Central Park Boathouse on July 8. More than 720 members and guests mingled and dined as they enjoyed the tranquil lake views at this quintessential New York City locale.
